So decided I was going to finally build a CNC cutter, mainly this was due to cheaper parts, more availableity and at a cost that I could afford, also this is become a big cottage industry in the US so information, software and hardware has become more available.
I am making this to mainly to cut parts for my other hobbies and my DIY. I was hoping to have a lot more stuff on this by now but as I found out my work shop seems to have a high humidity /moister level, more than I realized and as we all know MDF and moisture don't play well. The CNC was working really well but was starting to wear very quickly as the MDF was starting to de-laminate and split apart, also the main deck of the machine was starting to warp, so I have taken apart and am slowly replacing with Ply wood and reinforcing certain parts of the gantry. the rest of the pages outline the hardware, build and software needed to make the CNC do what you want.
